Originally from LA and San Francisco, Sophie moved to Vancouver at a young age and has loved calling it home ever since. Her passion for numbers led her to UVic's Gustavson School of Business, where she graduated in 2025 with a Bachelor of Commerce, focusing on Finance and Accounting. Since then, she's gained hands-on experience across the industry, having worked at a not-for-profit audit firm, on the finance team of a tech startup, and as a technology risk consultant in the public sector.

 

Sophie is passionate about finance and is now working towards becoming a licensed wealth advisor, with the goal of building a long-term career within the industry. Outside of work, she loves travelling, skiing, hiking, Pilates, and fashion. Most of all, she treasures time with her family, friends, and her dog.
