Brad McPhee is compelled to help others understand their potential to reach their dreams. He spent 15 years with the federal government in management roles coaching others and facilitating innovation. Brad transitioned to becoming an entrepreneur and both owned and ran private enterprises for another 15 years. This breadth of experience helps him relate to the entrepreneurs and business people he serves.

In his first year with IG Wealth Management in 2007, Brad received the Pillar Award*, and received it again in 2009. In 2012, he, Ross, and Sherri began their successful and effective partnership.

Brad is a frequent traveler to Cuba. He completed studies to become a minister in 2005. In 2007, he was married and now supports his extended family of five - which he considers one of his greatest life achievements.

Brad loves to discuss the concept of wealth and how it comes in various forms into our lives. He is contemplating a model of  'collaborative capitalism'. And to keep that other side of his brain agile, he would like to pursue an artistic talent.
